I'm Kimberly Holland (most people call me Kim), a licensed Realtor in Boise, Idaho, brokered by Homes of Idaho. In May 2026 I celebrated ten years in real estate, and I've spent much of that time helping buyers and sellers in the Boise foothills, especially in Avimor.

We were unsure how quickly our house would sell in the current market, and with quite a bit of competition with other homes. Kim was able to sell our house amazingly fast! She was in constant touch with us, and answered our questions immediately. I cannot recommend Kim highly enough as your real estate agent, she made the process less stressful and got our house sold.
Buying and selling a home can be incredibly stressful but Kim made the process so easy! It's a tough market for sellers these days with lots of inventory and high interest rates. Kim guided us expertly on where to price our home and how to stage it. We weren't completely optimistic in the current economy it would sell quickly or at the price point we wanted. But it did! It's a huge plus that Kim knows the market in Avimor. She was always there for us whenever we had a question. And when we needed to do a few minor repairs, Kim always had a reasonably priced handyman or trade professional to recommend. Highly recommend Kim!
Kim went above and beyond in selling my house. She is very responsive in addressing any questions or concerns, ensures that pictures and staging of your house is first rate for marketing, and will negotiate hard to represent your interests.
